Service Agreement will be executed to define the scope, deliverables, and timeline,

selection of physical products, including canvas paintings, handmade portraits, and 3D
printed items.

Intellectual Property Rights

Graphtics retains all intellectual property rights concerning our existing portfolio,
proprietary tools, and methodologies. Upon full compensation for your project, you will be
granted a non-exclusive license to utilize the bespoke creations for the functions
stipulated in our Service Agreement. Additionally, we request a non-exclusive right to
feature your project within our marketing and showcase avenues.

Compensation Structure

The financial aspects of our collaboration, including deposits, scheduled payments, and
milestones, will be comprehensively laid out within your personalized Service
Agreement. We facilitate payments via several mechanisms (PayU, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.) for
your convenience. Please note that any delinquency in payments (overdue by more than
15 days) may necessitate a temporary suspension of service until resolved.

Revisions and Adaptations

Graphtics.

provisions of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
