Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their service orders within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, 20% of
the total service price will be retained by Graphtics as a cancellation fee. To initiate a
cancellation, please contact us at support@graphtics.in with your order details. Refunds will be
processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation by Graphtics

Graphtics reserves the right to cancel any service orders under certain conditions, such as
unavailability of service, unforeseen circumstances, or breach of terms and conditions by the
client. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated, and clients will be notified via email. Refunds
will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Return/Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer a return or exchange once the order is delivered successfully. If you experience issues with your purchase, please contact us at support@graphtics.in. We will work with you to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. If a technical issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Customized Projects

For personalized projects, clients may request revisions as per the agreement outlined in the Service Agreement. Refunds for customized projects are handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work completed and the reason for the refund request. If you are not
satisfied with the final deliverable, please reach out to us at support@graphtics.in, and we will
discuss the best course of action, which may include further revisions or partial refunds
depending on the situation.

Graphtics Store Cancellation and Return Policy: 

At Graphtics Store, we are committed to providing exceptional 3D printing services and products
that meet the highest standards of quality. We understand that circumstances can change, and
we have designed a transparent and customer-centered cancellation and return policy to
address such situations.

 

1. Cancellations:

Prior to Production:

Customers may cancel their 3D model orders at any time before production commences and
receive a full refund of the purchase price. “Production commences” refers to the initiation of the process of preparing the 3D model file for printing. To cancel an order, please contact our
dedicated customer support team via email at creators@graphtics.in.

During Production:

If a customer needs to cancel an order after production has begun but before shipment, a 50%
cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee covers the materials and labor invested in the order.

Post-Shipment:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may return the
item in accordance with our return policy (see below).

Custom/Personalized Orders: 

Orders for custom or personalized 3D models are not eligible for cancellation once production has started. However, exceptions may be made in special circumstances. Please contact us for further clarification and information.

2. Returns:

Graphtics strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If a customer is not fully satisfied
with their 3D printed model, they may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Eligibility:

The returned model must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Initiating a Return:

Customers must contact our customer support team to initiate a return and obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for
return.

Refunds:

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, Graphtics will process the refund
within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the
purchase.

Damaged or Defective Models:

In cases where the model arrives damaged or defective, Graphtics will either replace the model or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Customers are requested to contact us
immediately in such situations.

Exclusions:

Custom or personalized models are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.

Refunds:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow standard processing times.

Policy Updates:

Graphtics reserves the right to modify or update this policy from time to time. Customers will be
notified of any significant changes.
